As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services to the highest standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilites:
Laundry Attendant
- Wash, dry, iron, and fold hotel linens, towels, and staff uniforms
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Ensure linen quality and report any damaged or missing items
- Report lost and found items and any maintenance needs promptly
Public Areas
- Keep all public areas including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house areas clean, fresh, and inviting
- Ensure public spaces are well presented throughout the day
- Replenish restroom supplies and amenities as needed
- Report any lost and found items, maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and team members
Room Attendant
- Clean and service guest rooms in line with housekeeping and brand standards
- Change linens and towels and replenish guest amenities
- Ensure rooms are tidy, comfortable, and ready to welcome guests
- Handle guest belongings and privacy with care and professionalism
- Report lost and found items and any maintenance needs
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential
- A positive attitude with a genuine care for cleanliness and guest comfort
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
