BARTENDER
FULL-TIME | PART-TIME POSITIONS
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to hotel guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner while ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The role supports the Food & Beverage operation by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel policies and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Take beverage and snack orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage areas.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment.
Ensure proper handling of cash, POS transactions, and billing procedures.
Verify guest age identification and comply with responsible alcohol service regulations.
Recommend drinks, cocktails, and promotions to guests.
Assist in setting up and closing the bar according to operational procedures.
Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Report maintenance issues, breakages, or safety concerns to management.
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Support special events, banquets, and hotel functions when required.
Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment preferred.
Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts.
Positive attitude and strong customer-focused approach.
