BARTENDER


FULL-TIME | PART-TIME POSITIONS

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to hotel guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner while ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The role supports the Food & Beverage operation by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel policies and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes. 

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. 

  • Take beverage and snack orders accurately and efficiently. 

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage areas. 

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment. 

  • Ensure proper handling of cash, POS transactions, and billing procedures. 

  • Verify guest age identification and comply with responsible alcohol service regulations. 

  • Recommend drinks, cocktails, and promotions to guests. 

  • Assist in setting up and closing the bar according to operational procedures. 

  • Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and service staff to ensure smooth operations. 

  • Report maintenance issues, breakages, or safety concerns to management. 

  • Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times. 

  • Support special events, banquets, and hotel functions when required. 

  • Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques. 

JOB EXPECTATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment preferred. 

  • Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service techniques. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Basic math and cash handling skills. 

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts. 

  • Positive attitude and strong customer-focused approach.
