Throughout the whole planning process, Glen was always available to us, no matter how busy he was. He made us feel genuinely looked after and that our wedding was a priority. The menu he created for us was outstanding — every guest had the same reaction: amazing! A huge compliment also goes to his kitchen team for the incredible work they did.

The service throughout the evening was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the setting was exactly what we wanted for an intimate wedding where everyone could relax and enjoy themselves. Even when the weather became uncertain, we were immediately offered a Plan B, which gave us complete peace of mind.

The hotel may officially be 4-star, but the treatment we received from Glen, Michaelle and the entire team was truly 5-star from beginning to end.
