Our Asian Fusion Buffet returns to the AQUATERRA rooftop - this time, with the vibrant flavours of Thailand taking centre stage.

Journey through a generous spread of Asian favourites such as chicken satay, Thai fish cakes, fragrant curries and wok-fired classics.

Discover Pad Thai with prawns and green chicken curry, slow-cooked red lamb curry, alongside Chinese favourites including hoisin duck, sweet and sour pork, vegetable noodles and egg fried rice.

Finish the evening with an indulgent selection of desserts and fresh seasonal fruit.
