Responsible for delivering exceptional wellness experiences to both hotel guests and external clients by providing professional spa services, promoting wellness programs, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting the overall commercial success of the spa facility.
The role combines guest service excellence, treatment expertise, retail support, hygiene compliance, and operational coordination to ensure a premium wellness environment aligned with the hotel’s brand standards.

KEY RESPONSiBILITIES:

Manage daily spa opening and closing procedures.
Ensure treatment rooms and wellness facilities are properly prepared, sanitized, and stocked at all times.
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of:
Treatment rooms
Relaxation areas
Changing rooms
Thermal facilities
Reception and guest areas
Support scheduling efficiency and treatment room readiness.

Deliver professional spa and wellness services in accordance with established treatment protocols and brand standards.
Welcome and assist hotel guests and non-resident clients in a courteous, professional, and personalized manner.
Conduct client consultations to understand wellness goals, preferences, contraindications, and treatment suitability.
Ensure all guests receive a seamless and relaxing spa journey from arrival to departure.
Promote a calm, safe, and luxurious environment throughout all spa areas.
Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

PERFORM ASSIGNED TREATMENTS SUCH AS:
Massages
Body treatments
Facials
Wellness therapies
Relaxation therapies
Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences where applicable.
Recommend suitable treatments, wellness programs, and retail products based on guest needs.
Stay updated on wellness trends, treatment techniques, and product knowledge.

Promote spa memberships, wellness packages, and retail products to hotel guests and external customers.
Contribute to achieving monthly retail and treatment revenue targets.
Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
Encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Work closely with therapists, reception staff, fitness personnel, and hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Support colleagues during peak periods and operational requirements.

Required skills
EDUCATION & CERTICATE:
Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Wellness, or related field.
Relevant treatment certifications preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a hotel spa, wellness center, resort, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
Experience serving both hotel guests and external clientele is an advantage.
